How can I apply for an NOC?

1. To apply for an NOC please follow below steps:
  1. Log in to your online account using the Wasl Properties app / Website
  2. Click on "Service Request" and select "New Service Request"
  3. Select "Approval" 
  4. Select "Modification or activities" 
  5. Select the type of NOC based on your requirements
    • Cabling works: Is required when installing or replacing cables outside of the apartment, shop, or office to an external location   
    • Floor tile fixing: Is required when changing the entire tiles of any room and not for fixing a damage in the tiles as that is under maintenance request 
    • Dish antenna fixing: Is required to install a new / replace a dish antenna 
    • Commercial internal fixtures: Is required for any internal modification in the commercial property whatsoever   
    • Commercial exterior fixtures: Is required for any exterior modification in the commercial property whatsoever
    • Installation of celling fans: Is required to install a new / replace a ceiling fan 
    • Painting different color: Is required if you would like to paint any wall in a different color 
    • Wallpaper installation: Is required if you would like to install full or partial wallpaper  
    • Replacement of bathtub to shower area: Is required if you would like to change the bathtub to a shower area  
    • Bathroom tile fixing: Is required when changing the entire tiles of the bathroom 
    • Signboard fixing: Is required to change or install a signboard for your shop 
    • Painting same color: Is required if you would like to paint any wall in the same color 
    • Split / Unit AC installation: Is required if you would like to change or install your split AC unit 
    • Additional split / Unit AC: Is required if you would like to add an extra Split AC unit 
    • Festival event: Is required for any festival event such as Christmas. 
    • Film shooting: Is required for any type of film / Video shooting in one of wasl properties. 
    • Use of common areas for events: Is required for any use of common areas such as corridor, pool, playground… Etc for any event  
    • Removal of furniture: Is required for the removal of furniture outside of the apartment and not for moving furniture in as furniture in does not require any NOC
    • Others: Is required for any type of modification that is not one of the above categories
  6. Add clear notes describing your requirements 
  7. Attach supporting documents that can help clarify your request
  8. Submit the request and pay the fees if needed as some of the NOC’s doesn’t require a fee
2. What’s Next
  • For removing furniture, the NOC is generated immediately, and you can view it by opening the attachment in the ticket on your E-Service
  • If there are any required documents our team will contact, you to help you with the requirements
  • If there are no required documents, then the NOC will be shared via registered email 
  • If the request is rejected, we will contact you via call or email to update you accordingly
  • In few cases you will be required to pay a security deposit fee, which will be communicated to you through email

  • Supporting documents are advised on case-to-case basis 
  • If any documents are required, the processing team will contact you to advise accordingly  
5. Time required to deliver the service
  • For residential requests up to 5 Working days from the payment date
  • For commercial requests up to 7 Working days from the payment date
  • For removing furniture, 0 working days  
  • Working days are from 8 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday
