Wasl, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, announced the release of the second tower of its Tiara United Towers, its first mixed-use development in Business Bay that comprises two towers, located strategically along Sheikh Zayed Road with a view of Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Water Canal.

Rental prices at the development start from AED 60,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to reach AED 110,000 for a three-bedroom apartment with a maid’s room.
